About me
After spending my early adult years in the Navy SEAL Teams, my wish is to use this experience to help others. I chose coaching and have rededicated my life to this new calling. I am currently working on my PhD in Leadership from the University of San Diego and received my coach training here too.
The name "Humble Virtue" comes from a military transition program I attended which helps Special Operations veterans craft a new direction in life. My why statement developed there is: "To Illuminate virtue, so that others find purpose and meaning." Humility is how I approach coaching. I do not have answers to your problems, but by working together we will figure out your path of progress towards your goals.
In coaching I focus on the whole person. This means I not only expect, but welcome all of the messiness and vicissitudes of life to come up in our coaching sessions. My past experiences help me hold space and work hand-in-hand with clients to work out a path through this towards that end goal.
“Falling down is not a failure. It is only a failure if you stay fallen.”
